How To Maintain Your Health





To keep yourself healthy their are some tips, which are:-
  • Brush teeth every morning and after eating.
  • Drink a lot of water especially in the morning before having breakfast.




  • Wash your hands before eating.
  • Work out your body every day 10 minute's or 2 hours every week.
  • Eat fish twice a week.

  • Do not skip meals.

  • Try not to have much caffeine.
  • Stay away from anything that makes you upset or stressed.
  • Make sure your meal is rich with lots of veges and wholegrains.
  • Do not forget to eat fruit 2 hours before and after meals.
  • Drink water instead of juice when you are thirsty.
  • Check your teeth every 6 months.
  • Go to your doctor regularly to check your blood.
  • STOP drink Alcohol.
  • Don't eat junk food.

To have a good life it's important to look after your life.
