
To keep yourself healthy their are some tips, which are:-
- Brush teeth every morning and after eating.
- Drink a lot of water especially in the morning before having breakfast.

- Wash your hands before eating.
- Work out your body every day 10 minute's or 2 hours every week.
- Eat fish twice a week.
- Do not skip meals.
- Try not to have much caffeine.
- Stay away from anything that makes you upset or stressed.
- Make sure your meal is rich with lots of veges and wholegrains.
- Do not forget to eat fruit 2 hours before and after meals.
- Drink water instead of juice when you are thirsty.
- Check your teeth every 6 months.
- Go to your doctor regularly to check your blood.
- STOP drink Alcohol.
- Don't eat junk food.
To have a good life it's important to look after your life.
