My Reflection On English Learning In Friday Class
My first day in Friday class was horrible. On that morning a few things happened like losing my TAFE card, the receptionist changed my name, and not having a blog like the other students, so I was quite upset and uncomfortable.
On the next Friday I wasn't happy or excited to come to the class but during the day everything was OK and I learned a few new words. The homework was very useful. I also learned how to do some writing activities in my blog .
Now I feel happy because I am involved in the class.





How To Maintain Your Health





To keep yourself healthy their are some tips, which are:-
  • Brush teeth every morning and after eating.
  • Drink a lot of water especially in the morning before having breakfast.




  • Wash your hands before eating.
  • Work out your body every day 10 minute's or 2 hours every week.
  • Eat fish twice a week.

  • Do not skip meals.

  • Try not to have much caffeine.
  • Stay away from anything that makes you upset or stressed.
  • Make sure your meal is rich with lots of veges and wholegrains.
  • Do not forget to eat fruit 2 hours before and after meals.
  • Drink water instead of juice when you are thirsty.
  • Check your teeth every 6 months.
  • Go to your doctor regularly to check your blood.
  • STOP drink Alcohol.
  • Don't eat junk food.

To have a good life it's important to look after your life.

My Holiday
My last holiday was fantastic. I spent whole time with my son. We went out with friends and my sister's family, having lunch, going park, going to restaurant and going to the Ester show was the greatest thing I did at the holiday.The show was incredible.That was the first time I did many things in a holiday so Iam considering it the best one.
Coming back to school
After a beautiful holiday, I am pretty glad to coming back to TAFE and I prepared to do well
at TAFE.

Healthy life style


For healthy lifestyle we most do some point, like: Reduce junk food because it has high fat.
Stop smoke because smoking effects the health badly. Do exercise ten Minuit every day it keeping body just fit.
Stop drink Alcohol because it damage the health gradually.
And drink six litters of water a day. water is very necessary to the complex con.
